Last updated October 26, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and MMR Internet, LLC, which runs Eulogy by Tonight. By placing an order you agree to them.
The service
For a one-time fee, we write two eulogy drafts and an obituary from your answers using Claude, an AI model, plus one rewrite and a printable reading copy. They are drafts for you to review, edit and use. You are responsible for what you say and publish, including checking that names, dates, facts and stories are right.
Your content
You confirm that the information you give us is yours to share and doesn't break anyone's rights. Don't submit content that is unlawful, hateful or meant to harass someone. You own what we write for you and can use, edit and share it as you like. You give us permission to process your answers only to provide the service.
Payment and refunds
Prices are shown before checkout and charged by Stripe. Our refund policy is part of these terms.
No guarantee of results
We work hard to write something you'll be proud to share, but AI-written drafts can contain mistakes; read yours carefully before you use it.
Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim about it is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version in force when you ordered applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
